We are looking for a Legal Assistant who is organized and proactive to join us in our Ethics and Legal Affairs team, based in our HQ in Anderlecht, Belgium.

About the role

You will be working in a team that supports the legal leaders and teams by ensuring seamless operations across schedules, travel, budgets, and documentation. You will play a key role in keeping our legal activities running smoothly and confidentially providing trusted coordination, communication, and administrative excellence. Your ability to anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and work collaboratively will make you a vital part of our mission to bring value to patients around the world.

Who you’ll work with

You will be working in a diverse, international legal team that thrives on collaboration and trust. You will support legal managers and connect with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, helping to organize meetings, events, and projects while contributing to the positive energy and performance of the team. You will also be part of a wider network of team assistants, ensuring coordination across departments and offices.

What you’ll do

Manage complex calendars, travel, and confidential correspondence for legal leadersConfident and enthusiastic team player and able to pro-actively manage multiple prioritiesCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, follow up on actions, and improve team efficiencySupport budget tracking and purchase orders using internal tools and platformsCreate and manage documents, presentations, and internal communications to support the legal teamHelp organize team-building activities and onboarding for new colleaguesLead or support legal and team projects, such as internal newsletters

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills

Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant. Experience in legal affairs is a plusExcellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to confidentialityComfortable with technology including Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and legal toolsAble to manage multiple priorities independently and flexiblyEnthusiastic team player, open to feedback and eager to learnProfessional and calm under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibilityFluent in English; other languages are a plus
