In this role, the Legal Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of delinquent tax accounts through a variety of administrative, research, and organizational tasks.  The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of multitasking, and proactive in managing multiple priorities. They must be adaptable to changing deadlines and able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of productivity. 
ResponsibilitiesViews and obtains court documents onlineGathers information regarding delinquent tax accounts and provides reports to paralegals and Attorneys as requested Overseeing payment plans Conducting research on the status of corporate entities Uses various skip-tracing methods to locate delinquent taxpayers and defendants in lawsuits to build lawsuit packets
