We are looking for a Legal Business Affairs Apprentice to join our team!

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

 
Our Legal Department is looking for a Legal Business Affairs Apprentice for its Headquarters based in Nanterre.
 
You will be working on challenges that matter
 
You will provide support to the Head of Transversal Projects for the management of day-to-day legal queries, in particular on the following topics:
•    drafting, reviewing and negotiating NDAs, commercial agreements, strategic partnerships and real estate agreements,
•    managing pre-litigation and litigation, coordinating with external advisors,
•    conducting research on a variety of legal topics,
•    coordinating our worldwide legal team on internal transversal matters.
 
 

Your profile and competencies to succeed

What if it were you?
 
•    Master 2 level in Business law,
•    LLM or international or first professional experience would be a plus,
•    strong legal background, including familiarity with IP / competition law,
•    proficient in English,
•    curious, team-player but ready to work with autonomy.
