Main Responsibilities

Notices, among other documents that can legally determine a certain risk for the company.Legal advice to all and each one of the areas of the company during its daily act.Negotiation of all types of Agreements with Clients, Suppliers, Commercial Partners, and any
third party that interacts with the company.Follow-up for the due fulfillment of all and each one of the Corporate Obligations of the
company, in a declarative way, but not limitative Ordinary and Extraordinary Assembly,
Unanimous Resolutions Out of Assembly, Powers of Attorney.Review and analysis of any legislative changes that could affect the daily actions of the
company.Follow-up of Litigation with External law firms.Coordination of the External Office(s) regarding the compliance of the issues that have with
each of them.Direction and Organization in conjunction with General Secretary of the Legal Area
implementing processes, improvements, activities and in general any necessary action to
achieve the efficiency of the area.Direction for the elaboration of any type of contract with the Suppliers area (Special
Contracts)

Skills & Requirements

2+ years of legal experience, with a strong background on corporate matters. Legal knowledge on commercial transactions and ability to provide advice on different type agreements. Strong and effective communication skillsLaw degree from a Mexican university.
