We are seeking self-motivated associates who can handle the speed required to be on the frontlines of innovation. Below are some responsibilities and tasks of our Generative AI Associate role: + Providing thought leadership on how the next generation of Generative AI should think and write. + Creating training data sets for AI models that will help the models improve fluency, coherence, and voice. + Spearheading RLHF (reinforcement learning through human feedback) and fine-tuning training data sets for AI as needed. + Annotating data to help AI models align to human values. + Creating and adhering to the rule book on how AI should respond to human queries. + Analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data as well as AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions. + Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers, to refine and iterate on the AI models. + Compensation and benefits and career growth opportunities.
