If so, this Legal Affairs Manager role could be an exciting opportunity to explore. As a Legal Affairs Manager, you will play a critical role in the execution of the legal strategy. You will lead strategic initiatives, provide strategic legal advise on complex issues, and drive business priorities with a proactive approach to protect GSK’s legal rights . This position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with GSK’s broader mission and policies. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career In this role you will… Provide day-to-day legal support and consultancy to various business units and functions and provide consultancy on sales, distribution, digital and marketing processes, contracts, competition, privacy, employment, commercial law, and pharmaceutical regulations. Review, draft, and negotiate diverse contracts, including distribution, manufacturing, supply, and HCP/HCO agreements. Drive and support strategic projects with minimal supervision, manage corporate governance processes, and ensure compliance with legal and operational policies. Handle litigation matters, coordinate with external counsels on dispute resolution, and ensure proper management of litigation files. Stay updated on legal changes, advise relevant departments on compliance with evolving legislation, and provide periodic internal legal training. Maintain and update legal department's procedures, support employment law matters, and lead legal projects and initiatives locally and regionally. Why you? Basic Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: A law degree with minimum 5-6 years post-graduation legal experience in a multinational company or a reputable law firm. Proven expertise in privacy law, competition law, pharmaceutical law, and/or commercial law. Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex legal concepts clearly, concisely, and persuasively under pressure. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Fluency in both Turkish and English, demonstrating advanced proficiency in both languages. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply: Prior experience within a pharmaceutical company or a law firm specialising in the pharmaceutical sector. Highly developed communication skills, coupled with a strong motivation to thrive in a multinational pharmaceutical environment. Exceptional English drafting and writing abilities, with demonstrated expertise in simplifying complex legal terms and strong business acumen. Experience in engaging and influencing external stakeholders, such as vendors or law firms, with a focus on building effective partnerships.
