What the day will look like + Deliver clear, commercially focused legal advice to support Aon’s Commercial Risk UK business. + Advise on client and insurer contracts, helping shape compliant and sustainable opportunities. + Identify and manage legal risks, escalating issues where needed to protect business outcomes. + Collaborate with colleagues across the UK, Poland, and India to ensure aligned legal support. + Build trusted relationships across the business, balancing challenge with high service standards. + Contribute to projects on process improvement, risk mitigation, and legal policy development. + Support Aon’s CSR and pro bono initiatives, promoting community engagement and social impact. + Work cross-functionally to drive key initiatives and model Aon’s values.
