Beacon Hill Legal's client, a boutique law firm located in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking an experienced Legal Admin Coordinator for a temp-perm assignment. The coordinator will be responsible for performing tasks and procedures to support the firm's attorneys as well as assist with HR-related administrative tasks. This is an onsite role that will require the person to commute to the office daily.
Responsibilities include
Draft, edit, and format various legal documentsMonitor and handle incoming administrative requests thru the firm's ticketing portalCoordinate/book travel/conference registrationsMaintaining the firm calendarAssist Human Resources with CLE records managementCommunicate with outside vendors to schedule repairs and/or maintenance for office equipmentAct as the backup Office Coordinator as needed, which requires answering phones and occasionally sitting at the front desk to greet visitors and handle incoming deliveriesFile and organize records, invoices, service orders, and COIs
Qualifications:
Strong IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required, experience using iManage a plusGeneral clerical tasks and data entry, etc.2 - 3 years of administrative or related experience (Law firm experience preferred)Must be able to lift 40 lbs.Availability to occasionally work outside of 9 AM - 5 PM in order to assist with events a plusVocational diploma from a business or office-management training program or have completed an associate or bachelor's degree (preferred)Must be able to commute to midtown Manhattan daily NY080625EVL_1754517396 To Apply for this Job Click Here
