Strong legal research and writing skills; clear, professional communication.Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.Effective time management, prioritization, and collaboration skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with complex, open-ended challenges.

 Participate in hands-on compliance projects with direct business impact.Collaborate with senior legal and compliance professionals on defined work-streams.Engage with internal clients and stakeholders across business functions.Contribute to the development and implementation of compliance policies, processes, tools, and training.Research and summarize regulatory/ethics topics; assist in maintaining program documentation and metrics.
