Leave Case Management
Description We are looking for a meticulous Human Resources Administrator specializing in Leave Case Management to join our team in Roseville, California. This is a long-term contract position that offers an opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing leave cases while ensuring compliance with policies and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities: • Administer leave case management processes, including disability claims, medical coverage, and compliance functions. • Communicate effectively with employees and partners to address inquiries and provide guidance on leave policies. • Maintain accurate documentation and records in HRIS systems to support audits and compliance reporting. • Conduct research to ensure adherence to leave regulations and company policies. • Manage inbound and outbound calls related to leave cases, providing timely and precise responses. • Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure proper integration of leave benefits and financial notes. • Monitor key metrics and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making and process improvement. • Handle case management tasks, including notices and entity formation, with strong attention to detail. • Support customer service initiatives by delivering clear and empathetic communication. • Contribute to the development and refinement of leave management procedures and compliance strategies. Requirements • Associate's or Technical Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred. • At least three years of experience in human resources, disability management, leave case management, or compliance is preferred. • Familiarity with interpreting and communicating leave of absence policy provisions is highly desirable. • Certified Leave Management Specialist or Certified in Disability Management credentials are preferred. • Proficiency in HRIS systems and case management tools is necessary. • Strong communication skills and phone etiquette are essential for success in this role. • Ability to perform audits and manage documentation with accuracy and efficiency. • Experience with payroll integration and financial note management is a plus.
