Our client, a property management company, is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to join their team in showcasing residential communities and driving occupancy through exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service.

Position Details:

Location: Woburn, MA Work Model: In office Degree: Preferred Responsibilities include greeting prospective residents and conducting professional property tours; responding to leasing inquiries and guiding applicants through the application and lease signing process; maintaining prospect data using property management software; supporting resident events and retention strategies; assisting with marketing efforts and community outreach; and collaborating with maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a professional appearance with a positive attitude, proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software, and the ability to work weekends with a flexible schedule.
