Salary: $21 / hour

On Target Earnings: $40000 - $50000 / year

Job Description

The Lease Return Processor is responsible for inspecting and processing all lease returns brought and procured to the dealership. This role requires daily interaction with customers. This job also requires the assistance the sales department and managers with additional items tasked. This high-visibility role is critical to the dealership’s overall success and presents a great opportunity and career path within Sonic Automotive.

Duties and Responsibilities

Inspect and process all lease returnsAbility to deliver a VIP experience to the dealership’s loyalty customers to ensure repeat businessAbility to multi-task and work within multiple systems (CRM, OEM Financial platform, retention specific sites, etc)Tracks all guest contact and communicates outcomes with the management team Schedule appointments for pre-inspections and new vehicle test drives

 

Qualifications1-year minimum experience in any role within automotive sales departmentIn conjunction with working at your desk, this position will require heavy physical activity in the form of walking and moving vehiclesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong Microsoft Office computer skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.All applicants must be authorized to work in the USAAll applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe mannerAll applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license
