Job Description Summary

The Lease Analyst/ Senior Analyst is responsible for all aspects of Lease Administration (Lease abstraction, Quality review, Portfolio management) and to work as part of or managing a team ensuring efficient and accurate accounting of client data records, rent processing and reporting requirements.

About the Role:

Maintain and update the real estate lease database by recording changes such as new leases, amendments, terminations, and property transactions, ensuring data is current and quality-checked.Extract and input critical lease data into client-specific systems, following established protocols and standards.Conduct quality reviews of lease abstractions, escalate unresolved issues, and ensure data aligns with client standards.Process accurate and timely rent and additional rent payments, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of standard and ad hoc financial reports.Review business terms in legal documents (e.g., Estoppel Certificates, SNDA Agreements), assist with legal coordination, and ensure accurate reflection of terms.

About You:

Bachelor’s degree requiredMinimum of 4 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry with a clear understanding of commercial lease termsProven experience in financial management, including handling invoices, billing, and paymentsStrong relationship management and interpersonal skills; must be able to engage effectively in a matrix organization – up, down, and laterallyCritical and analytical thinking skills are key to success
