Description We are looking for a skilled Lease Administrator/Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for analyzing lease agreements, extracting critical financial and operational details, and ensuring compliance with all documentation standards. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in commercial lease administration.
Responsibilities:
• Examine lease documents to extract essential financial and operational details, including rent and payment obligations.
• Conduct financial reconciliations and audits to ensure accuracy in lease-related transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service partners to address lease-related issues and maintain strong relationships.
• Utilize specialized software and platforms to manage lease data and streamline processes.
• Monitor critical dates and deadlines to ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.
• Prepare detailed reports and summaries for monthly and periodic reviews.
• Handle ad hoc financial tasks, including claim administration and budget oversight.
• Support loan renewal processes by coordinating documentation and correspondence.
• Review operating budgets and ensure alignment with lease agreements.
• Assist with quality assurance and compliance checks within lease administration processes. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
• Proven experience in commercial lease administration, preferably within a real estate company.
• Strong expertise in financial reconciliations, audits, and budget management.
• Proficiency in using bespoke software and platforms for lease data processing.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and handling critical obligations.
• Exceptional communication skills for building trust and collaboration with colleagues and service partners.
• Adept at working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with landlord coordination, ticketing systems, and lease compliance processes.
