Lease Administrator
The purpose of this role is to support the Finance Team by dealing with the day-to-day finance and lease administration, specifically Accounts Payable, ensuring all duties are performed in a timely and effective manner.

Skills & Qualifications
Accounting Degree / Diploma / N6 equivalent Excellent oral and written communication skills. Microsoft Dynamics D365and advanced Excel Responsibilities 
Completion of company documentation : New contracts, Vendor applications Prepare Lease Simulations (New Stores / Renewals) Obtain / Draft Resolutions Management of Lease Deposits Prepare and manage lease documentation: Including new leases, extensions, amendments, and terminations. Maintain lease records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all lease activities, including payments, lease terms, and expiration dates. Negotiate lease renewals: Handle inquiries and negotiations related to lease renewals and other lease-related matters. Prepare reports: Present leasing activity reports to management
