The crucial information derived from our tests, instruments, and informatics systems is often the first step in patient care decision-making for hundreds of health conditions from heart attacks to blood disorders to infectious diseases and cancers. Our location in **Lake Forest, Illinois** currently has an opportunity for a **Learning System Facilitator** . In this role, you will be the Subject Matter Expert on Goal Oriented Learning Systems including Learning Units, Verifications, Assessments and Certification Procedures. The Learning System Facilitator supports and promotes the Goal Oriented Learning Culture and provides training support to a large client area of diverse functional groups (i.e. R&D, Technical Support, Commercial, Finance etc). **Responsibilities** + Assist the Division in meeting the requirements of Division Training System, applicable ISO Standards and other external regulations. + Induction Management. Ongoing evaluation and implementation of continuous improvement on delivery of training. + Scheduling of courses as required. + Ongoing evaluation and implementation of continuous improvement on delivery of training. + Review and revise training documentation. + Maintain the plant Electronic Training Management System (ETMS) by performing some or all of the tasks within ETMS/ISOtrain. + Provide user and peer training on ETMS/ISOtrain + Provide ETMS support to the Division by answering queries, troubleshooting and providing guidance on best practice and efficiencies + Actively provide guidance to training team to maintain compliance to regulations. + Support audit readiness to ensure successful audit inspection results related to the learning system. Other supporting responsibilities include: timely preparation and close-out of CAPAs, provide staging room support as needed, timely response to audit requests, conducting internal self-audits and representing the Learning/Training function in audits as required. + Provide ongoing support to all areas in ADD to ensure compliance to ADD Training System. The base pay for this position is $50,000.00 – $100,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
