The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant. You will work closely with teachers and other staff to support children's learning and development, helping to create a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
-Assist teachers in delivering lessons and educational activities
-Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils with additional learning needs
-Support children's social and emotional development
-Help prepare resources and classroom materials
-Encourage children's independence and confidence
-Monitor and report on pupil progress

The Ideal Candidate:
-Experience working with children, preferably in a school or educational setting but can accept in any capacity
-A caring, patient, and approachable manner
-Good communication and teamwork skills
-Enthusiasm for supporting children's learning and wellbeing
-Flexibility and reliability

Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake training (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning)
