You will form part of RMM within the Mass Foundation Cluster which is one of the largest customer-facing business segments in Old Mutual. The Learning Support Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to internal customers and external stakeholders on learning requirements and solutions in the business supporting objectives. The incumbent is required to provide first-line support for Learning and Development (L&D) related queries and is individually accountable for achieving results through their efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Engages with internal and external customers to determine requirements.

Actively collaborates to ensure requirements are delivered.

Operationally plan and track the progress of actions.

Provides administrative support for the implementation of changes.

Contributes to relevant and insightful information used for reporting.

Gathers information to evaluate the impact and outcomes of solutions.

Operational

Manage and track the queries in the L&D mailboxes within SLA.

Collate the applicable delivery schedule, expenses, and rebates.

Risk Management

Contribute to the updating of the policies and procedures.

Prepare contractual agreements and reports with providers.

Contribute to learning governance, disciplines, and controls.

Requirements:

2+ years of relevant work experience responsible for handling operational activities such as learning and/or learner support via email, telephone, face-to-face or virtually.

L&D work experience ideal.

The essential skills required for the role are communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, problem-solving, collaboration, and customer service.

The desirable skills are analytical thinking and project management.
