Job Title: Learning Solutions Architect I - Training Instructor
Location:  Winchester, VA, Vienna, VA or Pensacola, FL
Hybrid:  onsite 2-3 days a week
Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options
Position Type: Multiyear Contract

Required Skills
Responsible for training technical and soft skills in a variety of mediums to include in person, virtual, and both.
Works closely with business unit to identify training opportunities
Collaborates with SMDLS training partners to create materials to support learning
Responsible for determining the best modality of training
Comfortable speaking to audiences of varying size and roles
Comfortable using feedback tools like surveys, quizzes, and post-training assessments to measure the success of training programs.
Able to adjust training techniques and content to accommodate diverse learning styles, backgrounds, and proficiency levels.
Responsible for organizing and delivering a monthly deliverable meeting to the business area outlining the contributions made by the Learnings Solutions team
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy in training topics
