Job Description

As a Learning Service Associate, you will be a vital part of a four-service unit dedicated to training-related activities. You'll be responsible for supporting our Training Providers by managing administrative tasks related to training organization, our eUniversities platforms, and ensuring data accuracy for our clients. You will also provide consultancy and technical support.

Your contribution to something big: 

Data Administration: Creating and maintaining training measures (Items), curricula, learning assignments, resources, and manual users within the Learning Management System (SuccessFactors Learning Administration Module);Data Quality Assurance: Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of all training measure data;Training Session Management: Managing training sessions, including logistics and coordination;Support and Communication: Acting as a key point of contact for locations and Training Providers, addressing their training-related questions and providing technical support;Event Support: Assisting with event management activities related to training programs.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

 

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Languages: Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese are required. Additional foreign languages are a plus.Knowledge: Experience in the training area is a plus. Knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus. Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Personality: Highly attentive to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and quality. Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach. Proactive in process improvement and possesses strong collaboration, flexibility, and organizational skills.
