Short DescriptionThis person performs audits and manages the registration work queue errors. This person will work with the front-line staff doing one/one training, coaching and informational training emails using the results of the WQ errors and Audits. This position contributes to employee engagement, improved financials through reducing denials and rework.
Experience Required3-5 years' experience required
Education RequirementsHigh School/GED required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Special RequirementsCurrent work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Communication – Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization required
Technical Ability- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Powerpoint, excel, word - required.
Epic- must be proficient in Epic Scheduling/Registration/HB/PB billing - required.
