This role is 12 months contract Key job responsibilities Design and Implement Strategic Learning Initiatives: Develop comprehensive training programs that support employee development and business objectives Manage Change and Communication: Lead programmatic changes from conception to implementation, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder alignment Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze training data, track skill progression, and recommend innovative learning strategies Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with managers and teams to standardize training methodologies and best practices Create Impactful Learning Content: Develop multi-media instructional materials that engage and educate our workforce Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university Proven experience in program and project management Strong expertise in instructional design and training strategy development Proficiency in data analysis and visualization Experience managing remote teams and online support Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in organizational development or related field Knowledge of adult learning theory and human performance improvement Technical skills in Unix, SQL, and database administration Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams Acknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
