We are looking for a Learning Process and Data Lead who is strategic, detail-oriented, and collaborative to join us in our Learning Global Process & Technology team, based in our headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.
About the role
You will be working in a team that drives the strategic use of learning data and systems to enhance training effectiveness and compliance. This role ensures data integrity, regulatory alignment, and continuous improvement across our learning platforms.

You will be part of a global team in human resources and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, compliance, and business leaders, to deliver impactful learning solutions. Together, we foster innovation, data-driven decision-making, and a culture of continuous development.

Lead strategic learning initiatives and cross-functional projects aligned with business goalsOversee governance and compliance of the Learning Management SystemDrive automation and digital transformation in learning processesEnsure data quality and implement robust data governance practicesManage learning-related projects using agile and traditional methodologiesEngage stakeholders to align learning strategies with organizational priorities

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, Engineering, or equivalent experience10+ years in learning and development or IT system ownershipFamiliarity with GxP compliance and regulated environmentsExperience with Learning Management Systems: high preference for certification in SuccessFactors Learning or equivalent with strong experience with the systemexperience in content/document management systemsStrong communication and change management skillsProven project management experience (Agile, Prince2, Waterfall)
