Overview:
Provide a wide variety of logistics and coordination support for all assigned technical, professional, and leadership development activities, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Primary Responsibilities:Contribute to the innovation of and ensure customer centricity for professional development delivery, retail training, and leadership development programs.Support the management, maintenance, administration, and new feature rollout of Workday Learning (M&T’s Learning Management System).Provide operations and logistics support for one or more learning & development functional areas, with a focus on professional development delivery, retail training, and leadership development programs.Act as the voice of the customer in the design and development of new training and programs.Assist in data collection, reporting, and analysis.Manage and maintain learning & development systems, relationships, and vendors.Support the intake, evaluation, approval, and overall process flow for M&T’s educational benefits (ie tuition reimbursement benefit, external seminars, etc.)Provide pre and post support to trainers, participants, and vendors for all aspects of training activity preparation, presentation and follow up.Provide LMS administration reporting for all assigned activities, including assignments, registration, cancellations, reporting, troubleshooting, etc.Cross-train others in assigned critical functions and be cross-trained in other critical administrative functions to be able to function as back up.Schedule and reserve the appropriate training space and coordinate materials, refreshments, room set up, and equipment troubleshooting.May own a departmental process, such as maintaining classroom supplies/inventoryUnderstand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.Complete other related duties as assigned.

Associates’ degree and 2 years’ relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combined minimum 4 years’ higher education and work experience.
In depth knowledge of the bank-wide Learning Management System (LMS)
Excellent knowledge of personal computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Education and Experience Preferred:Bachelor’s degree
Two years’ experience in general administrative/office as well as site and program support
Strong customer service and team collaboration skills
Demonstrated communication skills
Ability to follow established procedures and recommend streamlined processes.
Ability to interact with all levels of personnel
Knowledge of collaboration software (ie Miro, Microsoft Teams)
M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $20.94 - $34.91 Hourly (USD).
