**Description:**
§ To assist the Human Resources Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Division, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual are strictly adhered to.
§ To assist in the preparation and update the Human Resources Departmental Operations Manual.
§ To ensure that all employee training records are kept up to date.
§ To attend Departmental Communication Meetings as scheduled.
**Qualifications:**
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager Training in a hotel with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands. Basic Computer Skills in MS Office.
