Learning Management & Technology Support Specialist
Job Summary: The Learning Management & Technology Support Specialist assists the Learning Management Systems Administrator in managing online learning and education content. Serves as the content builder to Upstate teams/departments for all LMS education and helps navigate and troubleshoot employee questions related to accessing and completing education. The Learning Management & Technology Support Specialist creates education tracking codes and serves as the point person for regulatory agency (DNV, DOH, OMH, etc.) and other required education compliance reports. Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree and four years of related experience or Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience required. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Strong computer skills including working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
