The Learning Management Specialist will administer NetSuite’s learning management and reporting systems content, performance, and system configurations to ensure uninterrupted operations and proper access for end users.  Specialist will partner with learning operations teams to Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems related to the learning management system, including error messages, login difficulties, integration problems, and other system issues.  Must be willing to provide excellent personalized customer service for our learning subscribers needs for training accounts, LMS roles, and reporting access.
