Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field required.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, project management, or a related field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.Proficiency in survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey), LMS systems, and data visualization tools.Experience with e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.High attention to detail and analytical thinking.Experience working in a complex or matrixed organization preferred.Familiarity with DEI-related program support and ERG structures preferred.Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Surveys
Administer, track, and analyze employee engagement and pulse surveys.Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify action plans based on survey data.Prepare presentations and reports to share survey insights and engagement trends.Committee & Program Management
Manage cross-functional planning committees for organizational initiatives and events.Serve as the primary point person for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), supporting their operations, communications, and growth strategies.Workforce Development & Training
Conduct learning needs assessments to identify competency gaps across the organization.Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs using tools such as Articulate and other e-learning platforms.Manages the annual mandatory compliance training cycle and track completions.Partner with subject matter experts to produce engaging and effective learning content.Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect and analyze workforce data related to attendance, training participation, and employee engagement.Develop and maintain dashboards or reports to communicate findings and trends.Analyze data to make recommendations for improvement efforts and strategic planning.Event Planning & Logistics
Plan and manage in-person and virtual events such as training sessions, engagement activities, town halls, and recognition events.Oversee event logistics including communications, scheduling, materials, and vendor coordination.System owner for New Employee Orientation.Program Management & Facilitation
Designs and facilitates training and learning programs.Creates catalog courses and manages online marketing materials for the department.Licensures, Certifications
Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CPTD, or PMP) a plus.
Working Conditions
Some travel may be required for event support or training facilitation.

$66,165.54 - $112,481.42Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience and alignment with our organizational needs.
