Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, project management, or related roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. + Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively across various teams and stakeholders. + Proficiency in project management tools and learning management systems. + Ability to analyze data and feedback to improve training programs continuously. \#LI-Hybrid
