Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine **We are searching for the best talent for Learning Execution Manager, Access & Fulfillment, to be in Horsham, PA.** Position Overview: The Learning Execution Manager for Access & Fulfillment will play a crucial role in building and executing training initiatives that enhance the skills and knowledge of our field personnel in the Immunology sector. This role requires a dynamic leader who can collaborate across teams, develop engaging training content, and ensure the effective delivery of learning programs. Key Responsibilities / Areas of Focus: + Training Development Collaboration: + Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver foundational and ongoing development training focused on Access & Fulfillment within the Immunology sector. + Learning and Development Strategy: + Lead the creation and execution of the learning and development strategy, engineering the annual Access & Fulfillment segment of the Immunology Learning Excellence Business Plan. + Needs Assessment: + Collaborate with the Immunology Learning Excellence Team to identify training needs and create relevant content that supports field personnel effectively. + Content Development: + Work alongside leadership, cross-functional partners, agency partners, and the Center of Excellence team to shape and develop innovative training materials and content. + Onboarding and Workshops Support: + Support new hire onboarding processes and participate in POA workshops in conjunction with franchise Learning Execution Managers to ensure seamless integration of new team member + Project Management: + Utilize and monitor project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and manage budget projections for both short-term and long-term impactful training programs. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, project management, or related roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. + Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively across various teams and stakeholders. + Proficiency in project management tools and learning management systems. + Ability to analyze data and feedback to improve training programs continuously. \#LI-Onsite **The anticipated base pay range for this position is :** $100,000 - $172,500 Additional Description for Pay Transparency: Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
