About the Roles
As our Learning & Engagement Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery and evaluation of learning programs that enhance employee and organisational effectiveness. You will ensure robust systems and procedures are in place to meet strategic objectives and compliance standards across Ventia Training.
Role 1 – Supports the quality assurance activities
4.8.25 - 18.12.26 (17 months) Brisbane based and must have Registered Training Organisation experience.
Role 2 – Supports the learning program activities
4.8.25 – 27.3.26 (8 months) Location negotiable
Required Skills and Experience
To be successful in these roles you should have an entry level qualification in business administration, training or equivalent experience and have practical knowledge of contemporary Learning & Organisational Development practices. You will be an excellent communicator who is customer centric with the ability to think on your feet and inspire others.
Experience with accredited (RTO) and non-accredited training systems Strong understanding of quality processes and compliance standards Proven ability to support and guide team members Skills in marketing and promoting training programs Proficiency in SMS and LMS platforms Strong Microsoft suite experience (Power Bi / similar data system highly regarded)
