This is a fabulous opportunity for an enthusiastic, detailed and process-oriented person who is interested in Human Resources and Talent Development. The Learning & Development Specialist II’s primary responsibilities are the coordination of the delivery of current training programs, including learner schedules, logistics and room scheduling, vendor relations, materials, project management, and program evaluation. In this role, the L&D Specialist II will also facilitate routine training and assist in collecting feedback and process improvement.   Core requirements and responsibilities: ·         Supports and administers onboarding processes – ensuring all new employees receive proper paperwork, seating, gift, tour, and a warm welcome ·         Facilitates New Hire Orientation as needed ·         Partners with IT, HR Operations and Facilities to ensure a smooth onboarding process ·         Manages logistics of corporate training programs including, but not limited to scheduling of rooms, ensuring resources (training guides, technology, vendors, refreshments, etc.) are scheduled and available on time, training space maintenance (set-up, during, and following training programs) ·         Facilitates routine/ongoing training for individual contributors and gathers feedback for improvement of course offerings ·         Assists with creation of user and facilitator guides, instructional videos, and other training content under the guidance of the Sr. Manager, Learning & Development ·         Collect and process training program data for use in evaluation and effectiveness ·         Assists with review and evaluation of training programs under the guidance of the Sr. Manager, Learning & Development ·         Works on projects as needed as a key member of the People team ·         Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization ·         Other duties as assigned
