**POSITION SUMMARY**
We are looking for a **Learning & Development Specialist** to join the Human Resources & Business Services department. The main purpose of this role is supporting the Learning & Development portfolio of Nestlé in Portugal through training needs collection and annual execution of the competency building plan/budget. Also, deliver some of the training solutions as a leading facilitator and/or support the pool of internal trainers.
**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST**
+ Evaluate results of needs assessment based on training needs collection and employees' development needs;
+ Support providing of internal, external and department specific trainings and leading trainer/co-trainer of specific training solutions;
+ Manage budget details by tracking expenses to date, reporting and purchasing process;
+ Drive internal communicate for all relevant training solutions through internal messages, learning catalogue, Learning Management system etc;
+ Manage Learning Management system and training administration;
+ Drive continuous improvement projects in the area of Learning & Development - training needs assessment, administrative process, network of internal trainers etc.
**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL**
+ 1-3 years work experience in training & development field;
+ Knowledge in training management and design of learning solutions;
+ Very good level in English;
+ Experience with a Learning Management system;
+ Being creative: with adaptable and disruptive behaviors.
