**98738BR** **Job Title:** Learning & Development Project Coordinator - Chicago, IL **Department/Function:** Human Resources **Job Description:** **Learning & Development Project Coordinator - Chicago, IL** **Job Summary:** The Learning & Development Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting global learning initiatives by managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure financial compliance and operational efficiency. This position coordinates multiple learning projects, maintains project tracking and reporting tools, and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and resolve challenges. Partnering with the Director of Learning Experience & Operations, the role develops insightful dashboards and reports to guide leadership decision-making. Additionally, the coordinator facilitates effective team communication and provides LMS administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of learning programs. **Key Responsibilities:** + Budget, Contract & PO Management: Manage budgets, contracts, and purchase orders for global learning initiatives, ensuring financial alignment, compliance, and accurate expenditure reporting. + Vendor Onboarding & Management: Oversee vendor onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with policies and contracts while maintaining strong vendor relationships. + Project Coordination & Tracking: Coordinate multiple learning projects, maintain project tracking tools and status reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and resolve issues. + L&D Dashboards & Reporting: In alignment with Director of Learning Experience & Ops, develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into learning deliverables, program participation, performance to support leadership decision-making. + Team Coordination & Communication: Facilitate communication and coordination across the L&D team and other departments, organizing meetings, training sessions, and learning events. + LMS Administration Support: Provide administrative support for the LMS Managers. **Skills:** + Project Management: Ability to coordinate multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively. + Financial Management: Manage budgets, contracts, and POs for Learning Programs financial alignment. + Vendor Management: Skilled in onboarding vendors, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance. + Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficient in creating dashboards and reports to track learning program metrics. + LMS Administration: Experienced in LMS administration (Successfactors) and common project management software. + Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with vendors, teams, and leadership. + Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support a dynamic work environment. + Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement solutions proactively. **Qualifications:** + Associate or Bachelor's Degree + Minimum 2 years of experience in project management and collaborating with cross-functional teams. + Experience with SuccessFactors LMS is highly preferred + Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, PowerBI + Experience in Corporate Training Environment is preferred Excited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
