By producing repeatable results across a growing business, this person will enable Sales to deliver on SHI’s long-term plan by aligning strategy, structure, processes, and people. This person reports to a Sales Enablement Manager. Role Description • Assist in managing strategic initiatives within Sales Enablement to support business goals. • Support program management for initiatives such as enablement and training, marketing programs, and platform rollouts. • Provide operational support for Sales Enablement programs to ensure effectiveness under supervision. • Collaborate with SHI Sales teams and act as a liaison to support cohesive operations. • Contribute to continuous improvement by soliciting input and leveraging lessons learned. • Assist in communicating program expectations to Sales resources and stakeholders. • Track program progress and support the analysis of policies and evaluation of project success. • Enhance communication and visibility to support alignment across SHI Sales. • Assist in identifying and addressing gaps by creating processes that align with the SHI Sales vision. • Participate in team activities to foster collaboration and support professional growth. • Collaborate on a process for Continuous Improvement of the program, including + Performance Measurement + Process Analysis + Improvement Planning + Change Management Behaviors and Competencies Communication: Can effectively communicate complex ideas and information to diverse audiences and can facilitate effective communication between others. Skill Level Requirements • Ability to research, craft, write, and edit learning content for multiple platforms and audiences, ensuring it is ready for publication and delivery. Working knowledge and skills with Learning Management Systems such as Docebo, Moodle, SuccessFactors, LearnWorlds, and Blackboard to manage and deliver training programs. • Skilled in creating engaging and visually appealing presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint, including customizing layouts, incorporating multimedia, and applying transition effects. • The ability to adeptly use various digital platforms and applications designed for human resources management, including learning management systems, to streamline processes and enhance organizational efficiency. • Familiarity with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to develop effective and engaging learning experiences ( _preferred, not required)_ Other Requirements • Completed Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience required • Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events • Ability to travel 10% The estimated annual pay range for this position is $50,000 - $100,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
