MGM Resorts is seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Partner at MGM Springfield to drive bold, high-impact training experiences that empower leaders and new hires. You will collaborate with HR, Guest Experience, and Operations, all the while championing our commitment to legendary service. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Oversee learning operations including class scheduling, facilitation, training center logistics, material preparation, and advising employees on professional growth opportunities.Lead and manage the execution of new hire orientations and enterprise-wide learning initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery, resource coordination, and alignment with business goals.Leverage cutting-edge learning technologies to deliver capability-building programs, track compliance and skills gaps, and measure ROI, participation, satisfaction, and business impact through data-driven dashboards and metrics.Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Guest Experience, and operational leaders to assess needs, conduct gap analyses, and design impactful leadership development and performance solutions.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience1+ years of prior relevant experience in adult learning, training, facilitation
