You’ll collaborate with leaders to identify development needs, implement solutions, and help shape our learning strategy. **What You’ll Do:** + Design and deliver effective learning programs aligned with business objectives. + Facilitate engaging learning sessions, both virtually and in-person. + Research and apply current learning trends, methodologies, and best practices. + Utilize content creation tools, software, and applications proficiently. + Administer, track, and report learning activities using CBRE’s Learning Management and Talent systems. + Capture key metrics, create dashboards, and provide regular reporting. + Collect and analyze feedback and outcomes; present findings to the leadership team. + Recommend enhancements to Account Management learning programs and processes. + Collaborate with other Learning & Development professionals, People and Talent Partners to align and update content across regions. + Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop or refine training materials. + Recommend optimal delivery methods to maximize knowledge transfer. + Prepare and present training budgets to department leadership. + Manage communication and marketing plans for learning programs and updates. + Ensure compliance with governance guidelines through audits and reporting. + Build strong relationships with business partners, managers, consultants, and trainers. + Hybrid position with some travel required. **What You’ll Need:** _To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. + Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. + Sophisticated math skills.
