Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic learning and development roadmap aligned with business objectives and learning needs of employees.Conduct organizational needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.Managing learning resources such as training manuals, e-learning modules, and training videos, both work with internal team and external vendors.Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to identify and address the learning needs of employee.Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making adjustments as needed.Managing the training budget and ensuring that training programs are cost-effective.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, Pharmacy, or any relevant field of study.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development.Proven experience in developing and implementing training programs.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient knowledge and experience in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning software.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience in budget managementCurrent Employees apply HERE
