We are looking for a Learning & Development Intern to join our office team in Amsterdam or Brussels.

Your role:

Registration/Deregistration/Modification of Training Activities in the Learning Management SystemManagement of course attendance and satisfaction surveysTraining programs communications and Sharepoint postsLogistics of both in-person courses (room reservations, room setup, training materials for the instructor) and streaming courses (supporting students to access training via Microsoft Teams, monitoring the mailbox for any questions, or contacting them if they have not connected to the training).

Your profile:

Preferably studies related to HR field or administration.You are able to provide us with a University AgreementLanguages: English C1 level. Any other language, especially French or Dutch, is a plus. Technical skills: Intermediate-to-advanced Office suite. Moodle, PowerBI and SharePoint are a plus.Soft skills:Proactivity and enthusiasm: eager to learn and suggest ideas.Open-minded: curious about knowledge, ability to question what is already known and seek solutions.Ability to react to changing situations.Responsible and collaborative.
