Learning & Development Executive
**Full\-time Learning and Development Executive** The Learning & Development Executive plays a key role in driving Hilton Malta’s learning culture by delivering engaging training programmes, supporting team member growth, and ensuring that the hotel maintains its high service and quality standards\. This is a hands\-on role, requiring strong presence on the floor, partnership with operations teams, and a passion for developing people\. **Key Responsibilities** + **Orientation & Induction** : Deliver Hilton’s Orientation programme for all new team members and lead structured onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration\. + **Training & Development** : Plan, coordinate, and deliver training sessions in line with the hotel’s priorities, focusing on guest service excellence, compliance, and Hilton brand standards\. + **Training Calendar** : Design, update, and implement an annual training calendar that reflects business needs and supports talent development\. + **EU Funding Management:** Coordinate funding applications and ensure proper documentation for training initiatives supported by EU schemes\. + **On\-the\-Floor Engagement** : Actively support operations teams by being present in their work environment, identifying learning opportunities, and coaching team members\. + **Performance & Quality Support** : Collaborate with department leaders to improve guest satisfaction and quality scores through targeted training and feedback\. + **Record Keeping & Reporting** : Maintain accurate training records, track participation, and report on learning impact to the Director of HR\. + **Support HR Projects:** Contribute to wider HR initiatives, promoting Hilton values and building a culture of continuous learning\. **Qualifications & Skills** + Previous experience in learning & development, training, or HR within hospitality or a service\-driven environment\. + Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to inspire and engage diverse groups\. + Knowledge of EU funding processes for training is an advantage\. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\. + Strong technical skills on the use of MS applications, Canva, PowerPoint and similar applications used to design appealing training content and internal messaging + Proactive, approachable, and hands\-on, with the ability to connect with team members at all levels\. + Organised, with strong project and time management abilities\. + Fluent in English; Maltese or another European language is an asset\. _ Having been awarded the 'Great Place to Work' certification, join the team you can trust to develop your career\.
