As our Learning & Development Coordinator, you will manage and execute training programs to enhance workforce capability and compliance. This role ensures the seamless coordination of training initiatives by overseeing audience creation, campaign execution, reporting, and continuous process improvements. A key focus is on safety training, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the coordinator provides essential support for training-related inquiries, fostering an efficient and well-structured learning environment.

Part of your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 

Manage reports on training progress, course completion, and feedback.Prepare data in the appropriate format for mass uploads and scheduled reportsCreate bulk upload templates with the necessary information for loading into Workday.Develop, launch, and oversee training campaigns to drive course participation.Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and effectiveness.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with training priorities and business needs.Provide reports and insights on campaign performance to optimize future initiatives.Create and manage the content for safety training courses in Workday.Develop and maintain equivalency rules to standardize training requirements.Schedule and automate reports to track training progress and compliance.Generate and manage QR codes to facilitate easy access to training materials.Maintain and update SharePoint sites to ensure accurate and accessible informationDefine, create, and maintain targeted audiences for safety training courses.Provide ongoing support to branches by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to safety training.Analyze common challenges and implement process improvements to enhance training efficiency.

What do you need to be successful?

Bachelor´s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related.At least 2 years of Human resources experience; Learning and Development experience strongly preferred. Experience working in a Shared Services environment desired.Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).Experience with Learning Management Systems required; Workday Learning experience strongly preferred.  Must be fluent in English and able to communicate proficiently both in written and spoken English. (You will work with USA and Canada)Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers including presenting to senior leaders within the company.Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and provide exemplary customer service; high ability to multi-task and prioritize.
