We are currently seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Learning & Development Coordinator at ICON, you will play a key role in driving the delivery and coordination of learning and development programs across the organization. You will ensure smooth execution of training initiatives, helping to foster a culture of growth and continuous learning for all employees. **What You Will Be Doing:** + Managing learning management system (LMS) updates and troubleshooting user issues. + Working in ticketing system (ServiceNow) and ensuring the requests are managed in LMS. + Tracking and reporting on participation and completion rates for training programs. + Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of learning initiatives. **Your Profile:** + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field. + 1+ year of experience in a learning and development or administrative role. + Strong administrative, organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. + Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. + Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel expertise). + Proficiency in ticketing platform/system, ServiceNow preferred. \#LI-FB2 \#LI-Hybrid **What ICON can offer you:** Our success depends on the quality of our people.
