Overview 
 
Chubb is looking for a passionate and dedicated Learning & Development Associate to join our dynamic team. You will design and implement impactful learning experiences, partnering with leadership and technical teams to ensure our training initiatives resonate with business objectives and cultivate a culture of excellence. 
 
Responsibilities 
 

Collaborate with executives, cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and technical staff to identify and analyze learning needs.  Develop customized training solutions and curricula that align with our organizational goals  Oversee multiple complex training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality implementation  Continuously assess the effectiveness of training initiatives through robust feedback mechanisms and performance metrics   Design and support the delivery of engaging and impactful training programs that break free from traditional learning methods  Develop, manage, and optimize the training budget to ensure effective resource allocation for all learning initiatives  Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and stakeholders to support program delivery  Foster an inclusive learning culture that encourages diverse learning styles and promotes equal opportunity for all employees  BSc or Msc in Education, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role  Proficiency in English  Proficient in MS Excel, learning management systems (e.g. Moodle, Cornerstone), with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and training delivery methods  Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills  Familiarity with gamification tools such as Mentimeter, Kahoot or Poll Everywhere
