Your team
Within the Human Resources department, the Learning & Development team plays a central role in employee development and engagement. As part of a small and agile team, you will support both training operations and cross-functional HR initiatives in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the launch and follow-up of the annual training plan: advise employees, manage training requests, track registrations, handle reporting and answer routine questions.Oversee training administration: coordinate workshops, manage the MyLearning tool, send HR communications and invites, update SharePoint/Confluence pages.Contribute to the management of the CARE programme, our internal well-being and engagement HR project.Act as the first point of contact for apprentices and interns, supporting their experience at Ayvens.You will be based in Paris and report to a manager located in Amsterdam, as part of an international team located in both cities.Skills & Experience Required
Master’s degree in progress (Bac+4/5), ideally in Human ResourcesFluency in English (written and spoken) as it is the primary language of communication with the company and your managerExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail and autonomyStrong interpersonal skills and sense of serviceProficiency in Microsoft office, especially PowerPoint and ExcelComfortable in an international work environmentCuriosity and eagerness to learnInterest in HR topics, especially in L&D and employee experienceWhy Ayvens?

Au sein de la direction des Ressources Humaines, l’équipe Learning & Development joue un rôle clé dans le développement et l’engagement des collaborateurs. En tant qu’alternant(e), vous participerez à la gestion opérationnelle de la formation et à divers projets RH dans un environnement international et bienveillant.
Missions principales
Accompagner le déploiement du plan de formation annuel : conseil aux collaborateurs, gestion des demandes de formation, suivi des inscriptions, reporting et réponses aux questions courantes.Assurer l’administration de la formation : coordination des ateliers, gestion de l’outil MyLearning, envoi des communications RH.Participer à la gestion du programme CARE, un projet bien-être et engagement.Être l’interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) des alternants et stagiaires tout au long de leur parcours.Vous serez basé(e) à Paris et rapporterez à une manager située à Amsterdam, au sein d'une équipe internationale implantée dans les deux villes.Compétences et expériences requises
