Total Number of Openings 1 Plans, designs, delivers, and evaluates workforce learning and development programs. Develops course content and supporting materials. Supports larger customers/clients and may lead functional projects under infrequent supervision. Developing a detailed knowledge of the work function. Job description: Developed sufficient expertise to support the development of training material or delivers training to less experienced peer groups Contributes to growing capabilities of others inside and outside. Proactively coaches others and identifies development needs and appropriate solutions (classes, OJT, coaching, etc.) Participates in individual and organizational capability efforts, including developing, processes, tools, practices etc. Leverage best practices and implement to build critical skill sets and behaviors in the organization. Develop metrics and milestones to evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs for plant. Execute on Boarding process through standard tools and coordinate to link the new hires with the mentor of the respective functions. Conduct employee orientation programs and coordinate to complete all the compliance trainings for new hires, ensure OJT programs are developed and executed base on plan. Proficiency LS requirements with sufficient skills are responsible and lead for plant Lean Sigma activities. Responsible for collecting all Lean Sigma projects in the Plant, and organizing analysis and implementation. Hold regularly LS meeting, report the status for saving and reach the LS objective. Responsible for Lean Sigma training for plant to increase all LS awareness and skill. Hold LS theme activities to increase motivation and participation of all staff. Continuously improving and training to all employees the LS knowledge, reducing errors, and improving efficiency. Develop and implement training programs. Works with in-house trainers to ensure basic skills training follows training standards, effectively meets customer needs and makes effective use of technology and are effectively applied on the job. Design and make matrix for each position base on OE requirement and tracking. Conduct TNA (Training Needs Analysis) for all new positions developed and promotions implemented to ensure adequate competency level is achieved. Management the Lean Sigma Target and responsible for all the saving correct and input into system. Train all staff to use continuous improvement and Lean sigma tools such as TPM, FEMA,SPC .etc to improve capabilities, reduce errors and reduce costs. Continuous communication with operations to achieve the OE targets. Supporting and deploys Corporate HR programs. Lead / Participate in Oronite Trainers network. Support and participate the ISO management work. Coordinate for compliance training programs. Other responsibilities as defined and assigned by supervisor Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree or above. Able to communicate effectively internally and externally. Great Interpersonal and coordination skills. Able to identify problems and provide solutions to solve the problems. Over 3 years’ experience of L&D and LS job or related work. Positive working attitude and high accountability. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Excellent communication skill in both oral & written English. Familiar with the ERP system and rich experience on the office tools, such as Microsoft, BlueBean, Auto CAD etc. Able to work in a cross-functional environment organization Must be a strong team player with a firm, personal commitment toward the business and its customers.
