The opportunity:
Our Regional Shared Service Center (RSS) is built to provide outstanding services to entire EY operations across the Europe Central Region (33 countries), enabling them to deliver on their corporate strategy, achieve cost and performance efficiencies, help streamline regional and global functions and identify and capture growth opportunities for the future.
We are currently seeking to hire а Learning Design Specialist.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Co-create engaging, high-impact development experiences rooted in our vision for transformative leadership (leading self, leading others, leading in the market). Co-design toolkits, guides, session formats, and experiential development interventions. Tailor solutions for different target audiences, across leadership levels and business contexts. Partner with internal SMEs and facilitators to to ensure relevance, depth, and impact.
Requirements:
Experience designing leadership development or adult learning journeys that go beyond skills—toward mindset and identity shift. Solid grounding in behavioral science, adult learning, and human-centric leadership models. The ability to collaborate deeply—with humility, curiosity, and creative edge. Strong communication skills and fluency in English. Comfort working across diverse teams in the Europe Central region.

Have a strong attention to detail. Have problem-solving and multitasking skills. Are able to interact well with people at all levels within the firm. Have an enthusiastic, can-do approach.
