What You'll Do

As a Learning Design Specialist/Senior Specialist, you will support the design and continuous enhancement of BCG U’s learning content to ensure it remains relevant, engaging, and aligned with client needs and learning best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development & Innovation: Maintain and update custom learning solutions to reflect current trends and evolving business priorities.Instructional Design: Support the creation of self-paced modules, masterclasses, role plays, and simulations using proven learning and behavior change frameworks.Collaboration with Experts: Partner with subject matter experts and vendors to co-develop high-quality learning content.Curriculum Support: Assist in standardizing and customizing content, as well as upgrading existing materials across programs.

What You'll Bring

4-6 years of Instructional design experienceKnowledge of learning science applied in adult learningExperience of designing curriculums and assessmentsExperience of developing Instructor Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT), Web based training (WBT), Micro-learning, social learningStrong review skills of learning work productsStrong attention to detailsStrong relationship building skills with SMEs and vendor partnersExperience of working in international marketStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Slack, Trello or equivalent project management softwareHands‑on experience leveraging generative AI toolsConsulting experience working with cross‑functional client teams to diagnose needs, design scalable solutions, and deliver advisory services that drive measurable business impact
