The Learning Delivery Specialist will support the delivery of Chevron’s Leadership and Professional Programs. Learning Delivery Specialist will be responsible for delivering, evaluating, and creating an engaging learning experience for our diverse audiences. This role requires a passion for education, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to various learning styles and technologies.
**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: **
+ Help drive Chevron’s leadership and professional strategy by conducting training sessions, webinars, and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills for Chevron’s global workforce.
+ Offer continuous support to learners, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
+ Work closely with Chevron Learning COE, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure the relevance and quality of learning content.
+ Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
+ Leverage industry competencies, skills, and behaviors needed to support effective facilitation in a wide variety of contexts.
+ Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in virtual learning and incorporate them into training programs.
+ Support the design and implementation of Chevron’s global learning schedule and forecasting process in partnership with Learning Consultants and Business HR.
+ Responsible for the development and delivery of internal facilitator certification and accreditation process, including formalized “train the trainer” requirements that prepare new facilitators to deliver effective and engaging learning interventions that impact performance.
+ Provide support for learning inquiries through ServiceNow and other technologies.
+ Perform course related activities in Chevron’s LMS, Workday Learning.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
+ Relevant certifications in training or instructional design are a plus.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a learning facilitation or training role, preferably in a virtual environment.
+ Proficiency in using virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams), learning management systems (LMS), and other digital tools.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
+ Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills
+ Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds
+ Amenable to work in shifting schedule
+ English fluency
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Accredited with industry recognized facilitation certification (e.g., IAF's CPD)
+ Ability to provide meaningful feedback to guide and coach others through obstacles.
+ Excellent (spoken and written) communication skills. Displays display effective oral listening, visual and interpersonal communication with all levels of employees in the organization
+ Demonstrated understanding of the Learning & Development ecosystem through experience with program management, consulting, or instructional design.
+ Applies ingenuity, creativity, and innovative thinking to identify novel solutions to problems. Can review and evaluate adult learning principles in current training programs and make recommendations for changes to increase impact.
+ Ability to frame projects, develop and implement project plan, and use effective influencing skills to motivate others to complete deliverables.
+ Strong leadership skills and ability to consistently engage stakeholders and mobilize commitment to produce results and deliver project requirements.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
+ Customer orientation with consultative skills - identifying needs and defining solutions
+ Self-directed with ability to work both independently and as a part of a team

Relocation **is not** offered for this role. Only local candidates will be considered.
