You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system. **Job Description:** At Regions, the Learning Delivery Professional at this level serves as a consultant and provides high level formal and informal coaching to managers, leaders, and executives as well as their teams for both development and performance improvements. **Primary Responsibilities** + Supports Learning & Development strategy along with team initiatives and goals + Takes responsibility for actions, projects, and people, maintaining a strong focus on desired outcomes + Takes initiative and works under own direction, seeks guidance when necessary + Makes quick, clear decisions which may include varying levels of risk + Proactively builds and initiates continuous learning and development plans + Utilizes strong values in quality improvement in making recommendations for changes to senior leaders + Proactively seeks out new responsibilities in both the immediate context of the job and outside + Proactively shares relevant business information and best practices with leaders + Remains current on industry-wide trends through utilization of both internal and external resources, and shares important information with leaders + Challenges traditional approaches to problems and collaborates with leaders in identifying innovative solutions, explaining decision rationale when necessary + Displays an advanced level of engagement in the facilitation of learning sessions + Asks thought-provoking questions, sparking interest and generating unique conversations that advance the level of understanding and challenges participants to think differently and change perspectives + Resolves conflicts and disagreements among team through productive methods + Cultivates a strong network across business groups and maintains relationships with external contacts + Encourages participants to identify and focus on the most relevant developmental opportunities + Utilizes stories, metaphors, and analogies to assist audiences to do the their “best thinking” + Utilizes positive reinforcement and positive tension to influence learners, create accountability, and drive behavioral change + Ensures a focus on overall group participation and improvements, leveraging the group to change perspectives + Contributes to loan, system, and producer training This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. **Requirements** + High School Diploma or GED + Eight (8) years of related experience **Preferences** + Bachelor’s degree **Skills and Competencies** + Ability to build relationships with key business leaders and serve as a trusted advisor + Ability to effectively persuade and influence a variety of audiences in one-on-one formats or in formal presentations + Ability to create a safe and enthusiastic environment for sharing ideas and fostering open communication + Ability to clearly articulate the purpose and objective of sessions and activities + Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines + Ability to provide feedback and recommendations to junior teammates + Receptiveness to feedback + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) + Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills + Strong work ethic and self-motivation **Additional Qualifications** The strongest candidates will bring a blend of the following experiences or related expertise that prepares them to perform in these areas: + Professional Development: Experience supporting professional development initiatives and working with leaders across an organization. + Facilitation: Demonstrated ability to engage diverse audiences to foster growth, in a psychologically safe learning environment. + Change Enablement: Familiarity with change efforts and the ability to support learning strategies that drive adoption and engagement. + Business Alignment: Ability to connect learning solutions to strategic goals, and measure outcomes. + Professional Credentials: relevant credentials in coaching, facilitation or behavioral assessments are a plus but not required. _This position is currently offsite in Birmingham, AL_ _and_ _associates will work from their home primarily. They may be expected to go on site for meetings or other events as needed._ **Position Type** Full time **Compensation Details** Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
