Learning Coordinator (m/w/d), ATS & AMZL Process Learning
Description As a Learning Coordinator you will belong to the team who is responsible of the training of the employees in our logistics sites. You will ensure that all employees acquire the necessary skills to conduct their daily jobs while respecting safety, quality and productivity standards. As a Learning Coordinator you will be the Point of contact of the operational teams on site in order to track the onboarding process of our New Hires associates and to assist them. You will collaborate with several support teams to update training documents, implement process changes and ensure sites adoption of them. Key job responsibilities - To organize the initial and refresher trainings in order to meet our performance indicators - To record of all trainings and the assessment of skills allocations. - To oversee the development of our employees’ skills through training on various roles in order to make them ready for Peak season. - Train the Training Ambassadors, who will step up on delivering coaching and training to our local teams when needed. A day in the life You will have an important role in performance improvement and in the onboarding experience of new hire associates through trainings that you will deliver within our Delivery Stations. The Learning Coordinator’s role is also to track delivery stations daily progress and adherence to Amazon standard work and objectives. About the team As part of Amazon Customer Excellence Systems (ACES) team, we work to continually improve the Amazon Logistics experience. We look after high-impact initiatives and help to develop, roll out and look after a range of logistics-focused projects. Recent examples include launching and expanding micro-mobility delivery (via e-cargo bike or on foot) across Europe, and electric vehicle delivery. Using data-driven tools, we’re able to see how we can make processes better and more efficient, or how we can reduce waste across the business. Our team supports field operations to launch new programmes and technology-based solutions across Europe, helping them meet customer demand and drive customer-focused innovation. We’re also responsible for raising the bar for our learning teams and making the onboarding experience for Associates, Delivery Partners and Managers as engaging as possible. There are lots of different opportunities within the ACES team, so we welcome people with a broad range of skillsets. We work across a network of 200+ delivery stations to make sure everything from onboarding to delivery methods are as effective as possible. Basic Qualifications - Relevant experience of using clear communication including evidence of delivering training groups and creating corresponding communications and training materials - Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment - Advanced proficiency in German (C1 Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR) Preferred Qualifications Preferred qualifications are not required to apply for a position at Amazon.
